Reporting to Assistant Director, Casino Marketing Operations, Senior Manager, Events & Promotions will be primarily responsible in making sure of the success and overall direction and management of all activities and to maintain standards of service, HOIANA CASINO and management of daily operations for the Events and Promotions.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
Duties may include but not limited to:
• Remains knowledgeable on HOIANA CASINO’s product & services and property knowledge, up to but not limited to events, promotion offers, room categories, food and beverage offerings and the entertainment calendar.
• Works closely with International Marketing, Casino Marketing, Marketing Communications and other departments and participate in cross-functional initiatives and provide event support when required.
• Evaluates performance of all marketing events & promotions to ensure reinvestment rates are maintained and achieve acceptable profit margins.
• Assists in developing database marketing strategies in conjunction to ensure effective program results, through tracking, driving and evaluating customer response to casino events, promotions and direct marketing offers.
• Communicates, both orally and in writing, to current, new and past guests answering questions, extending invitations and resolving any related disputes, as necessary.
• Liaises with Marketing & Communications team on timely delivery of all customer collateral and marketing materials, including but not limited to; marketing catalogue, digital signage and promotional flyer for promotions and programs.
• Works closely with the management in building casino loyalty and incentive programs, events/promotions, and guest relations to support and enhance customer loyalty.
• Responses via phone call or email to guests and other departments queries, requests and/ or complaints with regards to casino membership and loyalty program.
• Oversees the calendar planning and execution for all casino events, promotions and direct marketing offers to casino members, in achieving member acquisition, player retention, revenue growth and member reactivation.
• Carries out promotion of special events when required through telephone contact and/or personal communication, attending such events and participating when appropriate.
• Coordinates details and execution of all events and promotions with related departments to ensure highest quality theoretical attendance and maximum return on all casino events.
