Senior Manager, CNC Manufacturing

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR:
− Directs and controls the activities of new products transferred from the Delaware R&D center and in a copy exact mode ramping production.
− Direct, manage, create, and execute the CNC manufacturing operations, including engineering operations. This includes day-to-day management of production, insuring the highest on-time delivery while achieving the lowest cost basis. makes final decisions on operational matters and ensures operations are effective in the achievement of objectives.
− Has overall control of planning, staffing, budgeting, managing expense priorities, and recommending and implementing changes to methods and recommending and implementing changes to methods.
− Build relationship with customer to support customer’s requirement and new product development.

− Typically requires 7+ years of managerial/leadership experience.
− Desired technical skills set includes: Use of machining equipment, for design focus, experience with CAD
− Mechanical Engineering is strongly preferred. A Master’s Degree is a plus with a relevant major.
− 12+ years of working experience in all aspects of production and manufacturing.
− Experience with problem analysis and resolution at the functional level.
and/or CAM and/or CNC programming, and use of CNC, EDM equipment.
− Experience and training in the use of Haas Equipment.
− Experienced with Total Quality\Business Excellence and business process management.
