Senior Manager, Quality Assurance – Vietnam

Responsibilities:
• Oversee the Quality Assurance and Total Commitment performance of our Vietnam plant;
• Maximize production efficiency and mitigate operation down time and workforce turnover;
• Facilitate the resources planning and standardization of knowledge and expertise between the plants;
• Implement and oversee operation policy and quality system in all processes.
• Responsible for revenue maximization and production OTD optimization;
• Promote automation, design for manufacturability, information technology, quality and reliability in all design and manufacturing processes;
• Maintain close working relationship and supervision with department management on overall operation targets and performance standards;

Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Electronic Engineering / Manufacturing Engineering / Industrial Engineering / Quality Management or related disciplines;
• Minimum 15 years’ Quality Assurance experience in electronics manufacturing industry;
• Proven track record in operations improvement with significant business growth achievement;
• Excellent communication and influencing skills in enhancing collaboration and relationships across different functions and operation units;
• Proactive, strong business acumen and versatile in problem solving and decision making;
