Senior Marketing and Branding Officer

Job purpose:
• Take the leading role in corporate coms, & internal coms to build up values for brand penetration & establishment
• Plan and conduct marketing measurement; join market research
• Plan and execute trade marketing, as well as sales support to ensure customer engagement, brand consistency, a positive customer experience (external) and internal pushing sales activities
• Promote MBAL branding and business goals through planning and executing branding & marketing campaigns
Key tasks:
• Plan and execute integrated branding campaigns from concept, media planning and tracking campaign performance (hybrid online & offline)
• Sales support execution and initiatives on:
+Plan and concept for marketing campaigns to generate leads
+Sales events organization support
+Plan and execute POS marketing
+Key visuals and do communications for external sales campaigns
+Key visuals and do communications for internal sales activities
+Sales development and recruitment support
• Take the leading role in corporate coms, internal coms:
+In charge of all corporate branding designs
+In charge of all internal coms and initiatives, all company events
+In charge of all sponsorships and co-branding activities
• Other tasks as assigned by Department Head
