Senior Marketing & Business Development Executive (Packaging/ Beverage)

Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems
Contribute to Business Development projects (new product development) from a marketing perspective – Evaluating and developing the value proposition
Develop advanced product strategies (5Ps strategy including pricing, marketing strategy etc.) which optimize company&039;s positioning in the market environment
Contribute to and operationalize the sales and marketing strategies (e.g. derive product portfolio and commercial implications from strategies)
Identifying new leads and researching opportunities that come up in new targeted markets

At least 3 years’ experience in marketing and/or sales in a similar position, managing a “technical” product portfolio
Excellent understanding of customer and market needs, preferred knowledge of the packaging/beverage industry
Identify and track success metrics
The ability to handle and present complex topics and present them in an understandable and structured way
Preferred professional experience in the flexible packaging and or in the beverage industry (B2B or B2C)
Excellent technical understanding
Strong communication (written and verbal), presentation and convincing skills
Minimum BS/BA degree in Business or technical related area or similar
