Senior Marketing Operation

Position Purpose:
Encourage sales force by running marketing programs and maximizing internal communication in Fuji Xerox Vietnam (FXV)
Responsibility:
• Internal Communication Enhancement
• Advertisement, PR and Media Management
• Incentive/Promotion Development and Management
• Success Case Development
• Event Organization (External/Internal)
Key challenges:
- Cooperate with Marketing team, and implement effective promotions in timely manner in order to ensure the company&039;s target achievement.
- Develop and implement internal promotion/communication strategy based on the company direction.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Event Organization (External/Internal) (30%):
+ Incentive trip/marketing program management (Calculation, update and monitoring)
+ Plan, execute and monitor all FXV external/internal events within marekting fund
- Incentive/Promotion Development and Management (20%)
+ Collect and study events and promotion activities from other Operations within Fuji Xerox Corporation and competitor to enhance FXV productivity
+ Make an effective announcement of promotion to all sales forces for easily understand
+ Develop effective internal incentive and promotion plan
- Internal Communication Enhancement (20%)
+ Upadate contents of internal website to deliver flesh news to all employees as early as possible
+ Deliver various information to all sales forces to strengthen internal communication
Advertisement, PR and Media Management (20%)
+ Strengthen relationship with medias to promote FXV&039;s brand name in the market
+ Enhance Fuji Xerox presence on local medias as well as foreign medias
Success Case Development (10%)
+ Promote successful implementation of FX solutions to public, prospects etc.
+ Support sales activities by providing a good reference in which prospects can understand the case of similar background

• Proactive, able to multi-task, well organized and has attention to details
• Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
• Master writing / communication skills in English
• Marketing Communications/Marketing background with minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Able to work independent and in a team
• Strong PC skills; Microsoft Office Applications, Excel, proficient in PowerPoint, Adobe Creative (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design...)
