Senior Mechanic

• Be part of the company maintenance team and be responsible for the professional servicing of company vehicles and equipment.


• Be able to complete vehicle and machinery servicing to original manufacturer standards.


• Maintain all vehicles for 90% uptime.


• Select and recommend the correct tools and equipment to perform all mechanical servicing and repairs on site.


• Prepare spare parts inventory lists and maintain stock of all critical equipment with warehouse managers support.


• Be able to train and develop skills of other members of the maintenance team.

• Demonstrate formal technical qualifications.


• Must have completed formal training from at least one International machinery supplier schools.


• Proven working experience as senior mechanic.


• Proven ability to work on tractors and other farm equipment.


• Proven ability to use tig, mig and stick welding equipment


• Be very people oriented and results driven.


• Be able to work to deadlines.


• Be able to work as part of a team.


• Demonstrate ability to listen, learn and understand.


• An understanding of Agri-Business in Vietnam.


• Ability to speak and write English.


• We welcome candidates from nearby Provinces (Hà Nội, Thái Nguyên, Vĩnh Phúc, Bắc Ninh ...)

Remuneration

• Starting at VND 10m / month or above depending on qualifications and experience.


• Annual bonus is payable after qualifying period (usually 12 months) depending on personal and company performance.


• Annual pay rise is usual depending on personal and company performance. Normally assessed.



• We are open to having the successful applicant work from home and commute to site from Hanoi (or similar location) for 4 days per week whilst 




• Working place: Sơn Dương, Tuyên Quang - 4 days per week. Perform some duties from home at other times to make up a full time position..



• 
  

  Company car picks up from Hanoi or other Provinces to Tuyen Quang every week.
