Senior Merchandiser

Execute the orders perfectly as per the customer’s requirement and deliver the finished goods to customer’s destination on time.
Follow up assignment progress of 02 Merchandiser members in team.
Go through the messages received from the customer and reply on time (within 24 hours).
Interact and coordinate various activities with the customers.
Hold the meeting with related departments to review the sample quality before sending to customer and confirm that production can apply the same quality in mass production.
Provide all the product details and packing instruction to Costing team for making the quotation.
Check and identify all details and accessories included in the quote sheet, add the margin and get the approval from upper Manager.
Work with customer’s appointed suppliers and fragrance houses for materials.
Keep track of total production flow from the material purchasing to cargo delivery to forwarder.
Proactively handle internal communication for all the issues with existing orders/ customer complaints.
Communicate with the customers regarding the order status.
Develop new accounts / projects with supervisor.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related majors.
5 years minimum practical experience as Merchandiser in a manufacturing site.
Skills to work independently and potential to lead.
Strong problem solving skills.
Good in multi-tasking and project managing.
Highly organized and fast responding.
“Can do” attitude and positive mindset.
Good command of English.
