Senior Merchant / Partnership Acquisition Executive

Assess partnerships and propose partnership-enhancing strategies
Monitor and analyze metrics in order to recommend optimizations to improve performance and revenues;
Build strong relationships at all levels within the organization from technical stakeholders to senior executives;
Complete other tasks assigned by Manager
Negotiate contracts with Merchants
Search, engage and expand merchant base
Ensure smooth Merchant-onboarding processes by collaborating with other teams at UrBox

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Ability to build excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Detail-orientation with superb organizational skills and strong follow-through
Excellent English skills
Bachelor’s degree
At least 2 years of related experience
Great ability to prioritize and manage schedules
Treats people with respect; keeps commitments; inspires the trust of others; works ethically and with integrity; upholds organizational values
Function well in a fast-paced, team-focused environment where constant change is the norm and the bar for quality is set high
Willingness to travel nationally
Previous experience in Business Development and/or Marketing is a plus
A persistent, positive attitude to problem-solving and a proactive approach to tasks
