Release booking to shipper and follow up
Issue HBL / MBL.
Handle customer enquiries professionally to maximize customers’ satisfaction
Building, training and leading team. Encourage effective cooperation among team members and between teams. Inspire team spirit and the commitment to achieve high standards of performance
Receive booking from factory & open the file
Monitor data entry in team
Tactful in dealing with customer concerns, services recovery and special service requirements
Check documents
Check orders and detail in systems
Contact with OPS for any related issue
Contact with carriers, vendors for any issue
Monitor staff performance
Improve bottom line results by collecting customer feedback for management review and/or suggesting ways to enhance work efficiency
Image all shipping docs to system
Tracking & Tracing
Limit complaint from customers at 0 (zero) time per month
Send email to get approval from oversea customers
Review Cost & Revenue updated for all shipments in team
Handle nominated shipments
Input data entry (E2K / Order Watch)
Solve all related concerns / problems
Follow process & zero out rejection amount

Bachelor Degree
Good command in English (Level C)
2 years – experience of Sea freight operation
Acceptance to work in pressure environment
Good attention to detail, this includes continuously monitoring shipments from the point of receipt through to delivery
Have good interpersonal skills as this can be client facing and so customer care skills are very important
Working location: 12th Floor Tower A, Office Block and Commercial Center, Viettel Building, 285 Cach Mang Thang Tam, Ward 12, District 10, Ho Chi Minh City
