Senior Officer, HRBP (Human Resources Buniness Partner)

1. Providing input to line managers with HR insight about people related business issues/opportunities such as: people capabilities, productivity, organization, work relationship, culture…
2. Being with HRBP Supervisor to consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance
3. Being together with HR Solutions to operate MyHR functions, including its transactions and updated-data.
4. Being responsible for the employee’s labor contract, new contract / extension/ expiry in line with legal regulation’s requirements.
5. Being the host of “Molex Vietnam” newsletter and assisting HR manager and the business to organize company’s events and ER activities if any.
6. Supporting compensation and benefit job (Attendance tracking, Insurance and Personal Income Tax)

1. EDUCATION: University (Administration, Human resource, Language)
2. WORK EXPERIENCE:
- 3 years of experience
- Familiar with manufacturing
3. OTHERS:
- Good communication, consulting, coaching and facilitation skill
- Excellent English skills
- Demonstrates openness and acceptance to others’ ideas. Motivate and drive for results
- Presentation skill and public speaking skills
- High level of energy and ability to handle various affairs in emergency
