Key Accountabilities (1)CUSTOMERS: CONSULTANCY AND PROVIDE PERSONAL FINANCIAL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES THAT MATCHES CUSTOMERS&039; NEEDS.
- Receive and learn information from customers to advise and provide products and services that are suitable for customers&039; needs or introduce them to specified locations to bring the best experience to customers. Customer.
- Develop customers according to the bank&039;s oriented sales channels from time to time.
- Exploit, consulting and providing personal financial products and services suitable to customer needs according to the list of customers assigned in each period.

- Update information on products, processes/regulations, Marketing programs, new sales campaigns and instructions of Techcombank from time to time in order to provide the best services of the Bank to customers.
- Receive and handle customer requests and complaints in accordance with Techcombank&039;s regulations.
- Perform transactions/consultations at the request of the Client accurately, completely, quickly and in a timely manner, ensuring the correct SLAs and service quality standards.
- Make recommendations to relevant departments to contribute to improving product, process and policy issues from time to time.
Key Accountabilities (2)SYSTEM: OPERATION COMPLIANCE và RISK MANAGEMENT
- Identify, report and participate in the handling of operational risks.
- Ensure compliance with Techcombank&039;s policies and procedures.
- Comply with regulations on information security and information security.
- Perform work in accordance with the Bank&039;s policies, procedures, regulations and instructions.
- Manage credit risk, operational risk on the assigned customer list in accordance with regulations and instructions of the bank
- Comply with the post-borrowing inspection process (controlling the customer&039;s capital use purpose, collateral, financial situation...).
