- Follow up daily pattern issue on time and guaranty accuracy of pattern, in the same way improve YY on time and bulk pattern, mini marker issuing on time based on critical path.
- Motivating interdepartmental people and making them achieve company goals / KPI and maintain it continuously. Ensure smooth work Flow Maintain Fit Approvals 90%, PP/TOP approvals 100% )
- Focus on Developments to meet customer requirements, Suggest methods to make the operations simple and production feasible, on time. Communicating with internal and external customer to make working flow smooth, attending pre sample meeting and risk assessment meeting. Critical path meeting.
- Build up teamwork, and improve sewing efficiency and maintain it above 75% in each sewing team and ensure submission of samples as per plan on time. Maintain and adhere to 5S requirements in the entire department.
- Controlling departments overall cost -especially over time. Motivating pattern and marker makers and enhance accuracy of the pattern on time issuing. And improve the YY. Issuing pilot / production pattern on time.

- Required experience: Two toFive years
