Senior Planner

- Perform other duties assigned by superiors
- Issue work order (work order) according to production plan and material status
- According to the customer&039;s forecast, provide Pre-book list, and follow up CRM to issue MO
- Training new employees (planner / Trainee)
- Follow up the supplier&039;s reply to SOC (purchase order confirmation)/SDC (purchase order delivery reply), and follow up its on-time delivery
- According to the production of large-scale items
- Control material delivery and optimize inventory turnover
- Control the production WIP inventory and work order (work order) to complete within the set time
- New system, project support, testing
- Run the MRP system regularly and release PR on time
- Submit the required monthly, weekly and daily reports on time
- Follow up production progress and abnormal conditions to ensure on-time delivery
- Reach the annual OPA target
- Track the status of materials to ensure that production and delivery requirements are met
- Coordinating with relevant departments to ensure that production capacity and resources can meet customer requirements

- Strong teamwork spirit and strong communication skills
- Graduted from University
- Strong English reading and writing skills
- Work initiative and strong sense of responsibility, with good pressure resistance
- Familiar with various report preparation and report analysis
- Strong learning ability and flexible adaptability
- More than 3 years working experience in PMC, working experience in OEM factory is preferred
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, ERP, Email software
