Senior Planner

• Get and clarify the brief from client and understand it deeply.
• Get the right and dig down consumer insights.
• Give the exact proposition & creative directions to creative team.
• Brief design team and follow up designs.
• Organize the brainstorming to devise a big idea.
• Present to clients and handle objections successfully via identifying the decision-maker, client’s internal situation and way of working.
• Coordinate with Account team and design team to create a WOW proposal with (one or all of these) solution strategies, communication plan, creative activities in line with Client’s marketing strategy, specializing in activation/event/shopper marketing.

• Proven at least 2 years experience as an Activation Planner.
• Creative, passionate for innovative marketing solutions.
• Excellent presentation skills with Powerpoint (writing and visual), presentation skill, and ability to weave ideas into stories.
• Smart, good looking, dynamic, high motivation, and communication skill.
• Logical thinking and analytical skills.
• Ability to look at both the big picture and details.
• Good English usage in 4 skills & Vietnamese fluency.
• Working time: 8 hours/day mode (09:00 am to 12:00 am, 13:00 pm to 18:00 pm).
