Senior Process Engineer (Automated Optical Inspection - AOI)

Problem solving, focus to improve OEE by reducing major and minor technical issue at AOI process (30%)
- Machine & equipment parameters & process control
- Solve technical issue in AOI process
Focus to improve failure and risk rate (both false reject by AOI and also co-operate with element engineer to improve element quality) (30%)
- Lead for continuous improvement process, apply PSS, 8D, System Continuous Improvement Projects (S-CIP), Shainin
- Responsible incoming material: quality of element
Define and maintain standards for AOI process (20%)
- Control plan and P-FMEA creation and updating
- Create & maintain standard (Work Instructions, Reaction Plan, Acceptance Standards, Process Document, …)
International Production Network (IPN) coordinator for AOI process: take lead to improve new idea, roll-out and follow IPN activity (10%)
Responsible for Change Over activity, improve to meet BPS level 2, 3 (10%)

EDUCATION BACKGROUND & WORK EXPERIENCES
- Engineer BA (Mechanical/ Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering)
- 2 - 5 years in an industrial manufacturing plant
