Senior Process Engineer (Mechanical/ Mechatronics Background)

Internal Job Title: Senior Engineer - Production
Process owner
- Issue, maintain and improve workshop documentation for operators
- Development of monitoring/evaluation and data collection system for the assigned process
- Conduct Process FMEA to identify any quality risks
Guarantee compliance to safety, environment and working conditions guidelines
- Safety line walk at process and define action to improve
- Assure operators and technicians are trained as updated work instructions
Machine and equipment (MAE) involvement: Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), Site Acceptance Test (SAT) and line release
- Support machine installation, start up and running of production processes and MAE release.
- Make status report about project progress and and release report
Running and improving the assigned processes
- Increasing machine’s capacity by applying TPM and Lean manufacturing tools
- Solve problems and participate in problem solving activities
- Initiate OEE improvements
Tracking and maintaining BPS (Bosch Production System)
- Deploy BPS principles to process area
- Find solution for a better BPS concept

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND & WORK EXPERIENCE
- Systematic & logical approach
- Bachelor&039;s degree in Engineering (major in Mechanical/ Mechatronics Engineering)
- 2-4 years in an industrial manufacturing plant

- Process management (e.g. applying PDCA, KPI, etc.)
- Problem analysis and problem solving (e.g. 8D)
- Project / Task Management
- Special Skills: Lean production systems (BPS)
- Reporting (commercial, technical, quality, safety) & stakeholder management
