Senior Product Analyst

The role:
At ELSA we know how important it is to know our customers in order to serve them best. For this reason, we adopt many aspects of the apps and the speech processing algorithms based on what we learn from our users over time. In the data science team, there is a huge opportunity to work with our talented data scientists and data engineers in various projects related to data analytics, business intelligence, and machine learning. We are looking for top-notch product analysts for analyzing valuable insights related to our users, products, and business, developing analytic reports, and troubleshooting data issues.
- Deep understanding of different data sources through multiple services to help drive designs/usages or note impacts to data reporting capabilities.
- Serve as the Technical DRI for the Product Key Performance Indicators.
- Create necessary documentation and presentations for relevant analytics
- Help design, execute and evaluate A/B tests to improve the user journey
- Explore large, complex, and loosely defined datasets to create actionable insights.
- Collaborate with different internal teams by building analytic reports and dashboards with useful analysis and data insights from both products and customers.
- Identify opportunities in data to accelerate product adoption, retention, engagement, and/or monetization.
- Explain trends across data sources, potential opportunities for growth or improvement, and data caveats for deive data projects.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Proficient in English.
- Advanced Level SQL.
- Experience uncovering data insights to form hypotheses, designing product experiments, evaluating results, and making recommendations.
- Have 3-5 years of relevant experience: Product Analyst, Data Analyst, Marketing Analyst.
- Experience focused on feature and usage metrics, A/B testing, conversion and retention, segmentation, and developing user archetypes and their usage patterns.
- Experience, leveraging descriptive and predictive data techniques
