Senior Product Engineer

- Educate/share product know how to less experienced peer engineers within the group (10%)
- Perform Engineering Risk Assessments with regard to product/process deviations (30%)
- Lead/moderate 8D’s or DRBFM or Material issue task force with lead plant support (10%)
- Team member of New line/product releases & Process improvement projects including DRBFM content build up and review/evaluation of production documents - PFMEA, Release protocols, Control plan (20%)
- Technical consultation on product know how for problem solving during Current production & Releases, Engineering Change Request (ECR), Concessions (30%)

EDUCATION BACKGROUND & WORK EXPERIENCES
- Statistical analysis & Process capability knowledge and experience a must
- 2-3 years of experience (Masters degree) or ≥ 4 years of experience(Bachelor degree) in engineering/quality functions at a production plant
- Technical knowledge in Mechanical/Automotive domain & Quality management preferred
- Masters or Bachelor degree from renowned university in Mechanical or Industrial or Automotive or Mechatronics engineering
