Senior Product Marketing

This is a completely interesting position for those who love to develop product concepts, with the main tasks as follows:
Developing product concept for seasonal: Children International Day (1/6), Mid-Autumn Festival, Traditional Tet Holiday Giftset
Developing exclusive products according to MT Channel demanding/ Shopper insights: It is required to understand the shopper behavior in supermarket channels (Hyper, Minimart, CVS, ..), understand the industry, customers and develop new product strategies to attract more customers.
Partnership: Plan to cooperate with other industries (Beverage, Dairy,..) in the country to increase the opportunity to increase sales.
Developing new products for E-Commerce channel: Requires understanding of online shoppers, shopping behavior, shopping trends, and preferences according to online shopping trends.
Others: Develop & manage Media PLan for BIG PROJECT on TET SEASON.

- Graduated from University with major in: Marketing, Business Administration
- Insightful and sensitive person
- Good skill in analysis: Market, Online and offline consumer trends, Consumer behavior, understanding of how to analyze brands.
- At least 3-4 years of working experience in similar position in MNCs or other FMCG industry companies.
- Enthusiastic in work, dynamic and have good creative ability.
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Have experience in FMCG & E-Commerce products.
- Understand MT channel working process in general.
- Good team player with positive attitude
