Senior Product Marketing Specialist

• You will develop product positioning and value base messaging. Participate in strategic discussions with product management, development, and other teams to establish go-to-market strategies, release launch plans and execute on campaigns.
• Manage marketing campaigns to help increase awareness, demand, and adoption by establishing success criteria, tracking success, and proposing alternative courses of action as needed.
• You will draft and execute actionable plans, project schedules, and maintain consistent processes and tools to ensure timely and successful execution of marketing programs.
• Develop offline collateral in support of marketing plans including PowerPoint presentations, sell sheets, emails, brochures and other artifacts as needed.
• Collaborate with Engagement team to develop digital marketing content such as case studies, web, social, videos, blogs and demos.
• Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to provide information helping management level to shape future marketing strategies.
• Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns.
• Work with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts.
• Support product management, marketing and sales in competitive positioning and product leadership
• Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned.
• Work with Brand team to conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends

CREATIVE STRATEGY:

• Execute external and internal marketing campaigns that translate marketing objectives into clear and motivating creative strategies
• Work with a cross-functional team of graphic designers, copywriters, social media experts, and marketing managers in the strategic development of messages and deliverables
• Propose fresh, innovative work that translates complex ideas into compelling comm materials and stimulating digital experiences

• University Graduate – major: Business, Marketing/ Communications preferred
• Min. 4 years of working experience in banking and financial service in product marketing - Direct, hands on exposure preferred
• Language requirements: Vietnamese – native, English – fluent – spoken and written

• Passionate and driven with an ability to produce exciting creative.
• An ability to translate “internal client” briefs into creative visuals that fits their needs.
• A balance of creativity and analytics is required.
• Excellent project management skills; results focused with superb execution and follow-through; highly detail-oriented
• Experience working within fast paced product development environments, with agile marketing expertise preferred
• Hard working and able to work to within tight deadlines.
