Mô tả công việc

* Job purpose:
- Responsible for managing, coaching, training functional compentencies, people development, corporate culture for employees in function
- Responsible for PnL & business efficiency of solution group assigned in each period.
- Responsible for designing and building solutions to meet customer needs according to the customer journey from the beginning to the end, ensuring the positioning values in line with selected CVP.
- Manage the whole process in a loop, go through from stages (1) Solution Design; (2) Solution Development; (3) Testing, trial; (4) Marketing; (5) Evaluation; (6) Solution Adjustment ...
* Key Accountabilities (1)
Responsible for designing solutions according to customers&039; journey.
- Mainly responsible for managing the outcome of training and coaching programs to improve the capacity of consultants in order to deeply understand the solutions before provide for customers.
- Responsible for PnL & business efficiency of solution group assigned in each period..
- Draw up the solution delivery procedures to the customer, administer the solution delivery plan to the customer according to the designed process.
- Identify journey and design solutions to meet customer needs according to lifecycle.
- Develop product requirements and manage end to end product delivery including customer portrait identification & pain-point journey; Solution design; Solution Development; Testing; Launching; Experience Evaluation... and Solution Adjustment.
. Backlog management and Agile operation model setup
- Prioritize product backlog; responsible for orienting and selecting MVP portfolio that is priority to implement in each period.
- Build Agile working rhythm including: daily stand ups, iteration planning, sprint reviews and drive sprints ..
- Develop solutions based on product requirements; Manage the entire end to end process from concept to solution delivery to customers ...
- Set the goals of each solution; guide the team to interact and implement the solution based on established process.
Stakeholder management
- Interface with stakeholders to understand pain points and gather inputs from data specialists to derive features development and enhancements on product..
- Work with team leads to resolve people problems and project roadblocks, conduct post mortem and root cause analysis to help squads continuously improve their practices to ensure maximum productivity.
- Manage goals and expectation for every solution in each period;
Build-up and manage employee team
- Coordinate with HR to build sufficient workforce, evaluate/interview potential candidates, prepare remuneration, and evaluate the effectiveness of new employees.
- Encourage and inspire the working spirit of the affiliated team; Create a collective working environment that always has mutual supportive interactions, update information and towards long-term engagement
- Supervise and manage employees:
• Monitor the professional skill development of employees
• Develop capacity for current employees and short-term successor
• Directly guide, advice and orient for employees
• Ensure career development orientation for employees
• Set up criteria to evaluate the effectiveness of customer segment and leadership team
Corporate Culture:
▪ Ensure management in Division under 3 principles: fairness, transparency and respect
▪ Make sure the correct and complete implementation of corporate culture plans; all employees understand and apply consistently corporate cultural values, behavioral standards
▪ Be an example in building and strengthening corporate culture

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor&039;s degree in a technical or business management discipline
- Extensive knowledge and rich experience in practicing Agile principles and processes, especially scrum method
- Deep understanding of the fundamentals of iterative and incremental development
- Experience in planning and launching of product go-to-market strategy
- Deep expertise and work experience on SDLC and Agile processes to predict development team&039;s needs
- English proficiency requirements are pursuant to Techcombank&039;s policy.
- Deep experience in working with architectural concepts, scheduling trade-offs and finding new opportunities with technical team members
- 8 to 12 years of experience in project management in a financial institution, with 2 years of experience in managing a team
