Senior Product Owner, ZaloPay

• Understand business opportunity and determine value propositions for business line.
• Prioritize product features & schedule its based on business value, expectation, current workforce,…
• Breakdown business requirements and translate into product requirement.
• Collaborate & align with cross teams (Dev, UED, Biz team). Ensure Dev team to understand the specifications to deliver quality product within timeline.
• Identify user personas to understand user value and pain points through research, observations, data analyze.
• Understand competitive landscape in local markets to predict product positioning.

• 5+ years experience in product management or related role. Previous experience in Payment or E-commerce industry is a plus.
• Good understanding on Payment channels, Payment technologies.
• User experience mindset.
• Experience working with Business & Development teams. Experience in working with business requirements and define to PRDs.
• Familiar with agile working process.
• Strong analytical skills and Data-driven mindset. Strong organizational acumen – ability to work on a high degree of cross-functional collaboration.
• Fluent communication in English.
