Senior Project Development Engineer

Responsible for operating, organizing and monitoring project activities as assigned by the Project Development Manager - Quang Ninh area.
- In charge and management of works related to planning and construction
- In charge and management of investment procedures
Main jobs
Tasks related to Construction planning
- Manage and instruct the implementation of legal procedures related to the inspection, acceptance of the completion, putting the construction works under operation, settlement procedures (if any), related procedures. construction permit, work construction.
- Manage and instruct the implementation of legal procedures for appraisal and approval of zone planning, detailed planning, and adjustment of planning (if any).
- Manage and instruct the implementation of legal procedures for appraisal, approval of basic design, technical design, construction drawing design, fire protection appraisal and application for construction permit.
- Supporting secondary investors in the industrial zone in applying for investment certificate, appraising the detailed planning, connecting utilities.
Tasks related to investment procedures
- Analysis and evaluation of investment projects:
- Manage and instruct the implementation to coordinate with the consultant agency and the specialized departments of Deep C, relevant agencies to prepare documents, perform legal procedures to implement investment projects.
- Manage and instruct the implementation of investment procedures for legal projects in the stage of investment preparation for projects in accordance with the Law on Investment and Specialized Law
General management tasks
- Planning and monitoring progress of all legal procedures in the Project implementation process and the Project operation and exploitation process (reviewing on the basis of the approved Legal Framework); thereby promoting and proposing solutions to solve problems.
- Directly manage works and perform tasks and powers within assigned or authorized scope.
- Advising, consulting, proposing solutions to Line managers about problems arising during the implementation process.
- Work with state management agencies to solve problems arising in the process of implementing project legal procedures

Knowledge:
- Knowledgeable or know-how about the law of investment, planning, construction, land, site clearance, environmental resources
- Graduated from National University of Civil Engineering or Hanoi Architectural University

Experience:
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Quang Ninh citizen is preferred
