*** Education:
- University Degree in Finance or Business Administration.
- Formal project management qualification (PMP, Prince-2, CMMI, CSPO, etc.) is a strong advantage
*** Knowledge, skills and experience:
- 5 years or more of working experience in IT-related environment. 3 years or more project management experience
- Solid understanding of the software development
*** Soft-skills and attributes:
- Very strong project leadership skills:
- Can build trust with team and customer
- Proactive instead of reactive
- Takes over full responsibility for project but can also delegate
- Comfortable to make decisions
- Comfortable to challenge and push project team
- Comfortable to push back and be very strict with customer

- Identifies and helps to fix gaps in process and/or way of working
- Very strong English and overall communication skills. Must feel comfortable to represent the project in front of steering meeting
