*** Minimum requirements
• Knowledge of relevant concepts, international and national discussions as well as policies and initiatives on Circular Economy
• Strong project management skills and experience with the initiation, planning, budgeting, execution, monitoring of projects and other project management tasks
• Strong critical, analytical thinking and structured working abilities
• Strong networking capability and good communication skills with stakeholders from development sector, NGOs, private sector and government, enabling collaboration to achieve joint objectives
• Working experience and solid networks in key sectors such as plastics, agriculture/food processing, construction, electronics and/or others and/or expertise on financing sustainable business models
• University degree in Business, Economics, Political or Cultural science, Environmental Management, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or other relevant disciplines
• At least 7 years of professional work experience in related positions of increasing responsibility, preferably with the private sector and/or relevant government ministries (especially MPI) and/or development cooperation and/or relevant thinktanks
• Proven ability to work in a team, also in intercultural contexts
• Excellent verbal and written English language skills
• Pro-active and self-driven individual
