• managerial and organisational competence
• Willingness to upskill as required by the tasks to be performed – corresponding measures are agreed with management
• Excellent project management skills
• Good knowledge on current local and regional developments in the fields of innovation, tech and digitalization;
• Experience with green tech startups (circular economy, energy, mobility, agriculture) is a plus
• Good knowledge of the Vietnamese and regional Start-up ecosystem
• Specialization in digital transformation and a minimum of 7 years work experience in the start-up world
• Very good knowledge of Vietnamese and English, German and other languages is a plus
• Proven experience with start-up incubation, acceleration and scaling and innovation management a must
• Willingness to travel (abroad and domestically) regularly
• Master’s degree in political science, social science, business, ICT with a focus on digital transformation and innovation
• 5-7 years of experience managing startup programs (incubators, accelerators, market access programs)
