Senior Purchaser

Negotiate with local and international suppliers, prepare price comparisons, cost saving budgeting.
Develop and update purchasing policy and planning.
Participate in the development of specifications for services, equipments, products, supplies or substitute materials.
Manage and develop the existing and potential supplier and update the Approved Vendor List.
Review & evaluate supplier performance yearly.
Attend internal product development meetings to identify new product demands, schedules, and procurement needs. Support in sourcing new supplier as well competitive price for development new products to meet sales demands.
Review and approves purchase order placement of purchasing staff for accuracy and optimum delivery and pricing.
Review purchase orders and contracts for conformance to company policy.
Effective & proactive liaison with other departments as necessary to forecast, plan to meet purchase deadline.
Attend weekly materials controlling meeting with Planning dep’t to have good plan for providing materials to Production dep’t.
Negotiate and supervises the implement of contracts with suppliers.

Fluent in English or/and Chinese
Bachelor in Economic or University of Foreign Economic.
Highly responsible, proactive and can work under high pressure.
Proficiency in MS Office
At least five years experience of purchasing management in a manufacturing site
Have knowledge and experience of imported goods
Good negotiation and communcation skills
