Senior QA Admin (Furniture)

Maintenance and improvement of product on each process. Strong in construction, consistence on finishing and well protection on packaging to achieve the goals set on quality. (EQC/Quality Performance)

Check and ensure the function of each product to meet construction standard.

Continues research and maintain a level of professionalism that correspond with our core.

Ensure that all related documents are updated: Engineering Changing Note (ECN), Cubes Report/Drop Test Report, Daily Quality Issue, Final Audit Report.

Work with QA Admin to keep follow the pre-product sample, production schedule and inform if any changing.

Work with QA Admin to ensure the colour panel has renewed on time and keep record at office.

Work with QA Admin to ensure that vendors comply with the compliance as: Lead test/TCSA Title IV/ASTM F2057…

Work with relative team/Manager to ensure all the information in timeline if any quality issue cause of delay shipments.

Assign work duties and monitor hours to each inspector to ensure that the quality level remains under control.

Keep training QA inspectors on new develop products.

Back up for team and assigned duties.

Ensure to meet EQC level on each month and keep stability

Timely and accuracy of reporting requirements.

Discuss and follow up with factory of quality improvement and compliance continually.

Knowledge on furniture products

Exhibit effective communication skills and have ability to interact with others

Good command of English in both verbal and writing

College graduated upward

Have at least 3 years quality assurance experience in furniture industry
