Senior QA QC/ Tester (Agile)

In addition to experience, we emphasize "independence" and "willingness to grow" over hard skills. UI tests can help us remove source code bugs, but QA QC engineers also have to work hard to locate potential bugs caused by low useability system design. We are looking for QA QC engineers who can grasp the details of system designs, generate solutions to fix bugs, and who can realize the rewards and growth opportunities of their work.

EXPERIENCE: 3 years+ in software development
LANGUAGE SKILLS: English (communication level)
REQUIREMENTS:
Develop and execute test to ensure the product meets the requirement and quality.
Hands-on experience in performing manual test (black box testing, integration testing, and data verification, interface testing, ...)
Proficiency with professional bug tracking tools (Jira, Bugzilla …) and version management tools such as Git, SVN, and CVS...
Strong experience with testing web-based and mobile application.
More than 3 years of experience working with testing and quality assurance in Software Development
Ability to estimate, plan and coordinate testing activities.
Experience and comfort working in an agile software development using SCRUM.
Testing mindset
Do Quality Assurance tasks such as:
Ability to collaborate with and support each division
Operation improvement and planning related to service management (PDCA)
Creating proposals for the purpose of improving quality (PDCA)
Creating documentation for work content (operation methods, application proposal, FAQ)
Logical thinking, detail-oriented, willing to take challenges and mentor others
Have skill at automation test using open source tools such as Selenium, Appium, ...
Strong communication skills
Ability to determine the relationship between cause and effect
Understanding the system from an engineer&039;s point of view
Consideration of the system from a user&039;s point of view
Ability to take risks, find solutions and logically solve problems
Knowledge of QA/QC tools, concepts, Agile methodology.
