Senior QA/QC/Tester Engineer (Manual)

We are looking for a Senior QA/QC Engineer with solid testing and interpersonal skills. You&039;ll participate in passionate, high competence and joyful teams to ensure quality for software products, which are serving millions of people.
Responsibilities:

Perform testing activities from start to delivery of tasks and tracking the status of found defects.
Support, review, and provide necessary training to junior teammates.
Design testing strategy and quality criteria for new products or requirements.
Derive test specifications and test cases with an in-depth understanding of requirements and testing techniques.
Analyze functional and non-functional test basis, requirement documents of software products.
Work closely with development teams to prepare test environment and data.
Research for new tools and testing approaches to increase team performance and quality.
Contribute to continuous improvement activities at the personal, team, and upper levels.

Strong functional/ non-functional testing skills and solid knowledge of testing processes and techniques
Have a passion for testing, open-minded, and able to self-motivated
Experience in database testing and writing SQL queries
3+ years of experience in software testing for various web and/or mobile applications
Preferably a bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields
Experience in working in cross-functional or agile teams
Familiar with issue and test management tools like Jira, Redmine, Zephyr, TestRail…
Good logical thinking, analytical, and issue solving skills
