Senior Quantity Surveyor Executive

Prepare cost analysis based on the architectural drawings, engineering estimates, materials required and labour involved
Call quotation for related works
Assist to prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect and/or the client
Value completed work and arranging payments
Perform other tasks assigned by Deputy Head of QS Management
Evaluate tenders from contractors and subcontractors and, where appropriate, negotiate with the contractors
Update the current construction price and cost for related works accordance with government regulations
Provide advice on contractual claims
Monitor and keep track of project progress and are responsible for the measurement and valuation of variations in the work during the contract
Perform risk, value management and cost control
Advise on the maintenance costs of specific projects

Negotiable skills.
Fluency in English; Determination skill; Analytical skill; Well planning
Innovative approaches to problem solving.
At least 3 years’ experience working as QS for big projects such as luxury apartments, building,villas..
Computer: CAD, Excel..
Strategic and logical thinking.
Ability to work under hard pressure.
Work effectively with team and individuals.
Bachelor Degree in Construction, Civil Engineer or related fields.
Impressive numeracy skills.
