Reporting to: Recruitment Team Leader
As a group, Virtuos has become a recognized leader in its field, has been growing faster than its peers in recent years, and is pursuing an aggressive global expansion strategy. To this end, we are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter who can join our team and help pave the way towards our new goals.

JOB TITLE: SENIOR RECRUITER

Job Purpose:
The Senior Recruiter will be in charge of full cycle recruiting experience, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. Besides, He/ She will support in creating, managing and executing various projects to standardize and strengthen HR practice across the studio to ensure the smooth delivery of key HR processes.
Role and Responsibilities:
Full cycle of recruitment
• Manage new employee relocation by working with related parties to determine new employee requirements; negotiating with movers; arranging temporary housing; providing community introductions.
• Make weekly reports, monthly reports per requested
• Build applicant sources, maintaining report and recruitment data in the most updated manner.
• Attract applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites
• Determine applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
• Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules; arranges travel, lodging, and meals; escorting applicant to interviews; arranging community tours.
• Establish recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.
• Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
• Actively proposing and implementing ideas or actions to improve process, and to meet targets both in terms of number and quality.
• Avoid legal challenges by understanding current legislation; enforcing regulations with managers; recommending new procedures; conducting training
• Keep good partnership with hiring managers and moving along with business to be well equipped with business’s development and jobs’ nature.
• Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
• Initiate or join in initiatives for talent attraction as well as employer branding;
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
• Coordinate or join in indoors or outdoors recruitment events (job fairs, seminars...);
Operations project management:
• Closely track project life cycle and organize regular updates with management on initiative progress
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Actively manage a network across the organization to ensure the project remains highly relevant to the business and its priorities
• Assist in the definition of HR Recruitment project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Collaborate with departments applicable to overall success of assigned projects
• During planning and execution, provide value-added analytical support to enable fact-based decisions
• Prepare adhoc reports partnering with HR Services for baseline people data

• Good knowledge of the full recruitment process;
• Strong communication and presentation, both in speaking and writing;
• Self-driven with a solution-oriented approach while working under tight deadlines
• Good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Strong planning and organization skill;
• Expertise in and smart command of various recruitment channels, social networks (LinkedIn, Facebook, and others) for recruitment
• Proven experience in managing multiple large programs/projects
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Good networking skills, especially school relation;
• Fluency in English
