Responsibilities:
- Create and develop a network in the field of advertising sales/digital marketing and IT;
- Establish recruiting requirements by studying organizational plans and objectives;
- Oversee entire selection process (screen CV, contact applicants, testing support and offer);
- Support candidates in probation period for adaptation in Cốc Cốc.
- Support outdoor recruitment events
- Other tasks as assigned by Direct Manager
Requirements:
- Large Digital Marketing/ Sales and IT network;
- Minimum 3 years experience as a recruiter
- Experience in recruiting Sales positions in the Digital marketing field is a plus;
- Good communication skills;
- Fluent in English (IELTS score of 5.5 or higher)
