Senior Recruitment Consultant

About This Role
We’re looking for a Senior Consultant Lead to join our Recruiter team, to build and grow your recruitment team to support our clients with their hiring needs and deliver a good experience. As the Senior Recruitment Consultant, you have to lead by example and coach your junior consultants to be experts in their field.
What You’ll Be Doing

Understanding clients’ company profile and hiring needs including the opening position and requirements
Managing ongoing recruitment process of clients&039; company and guiding the team in handling any potential blockers
Managing a team of 2-4 Recruitment Consultants in achieving individual KPIs and delivering suitable talents that match clients&039; hiring needs
Ensuring Recruitment Consultants personal growth through assistance and training while working with Team Leader to scale up the team business growth

Who We Are Looking For

Strong communication skills, confidence, and fluency in English is a big point
Ability to handle clients&039; objections and close business deals
Minimum 2 years of working experience in Business Development, Account Management, or Recruitment
Adaptable and comfortable with the fast-paced work, changes, and uncertainties of a startup environment
Hungry to learn something new out of your expertise but also driven to be a self-starter
Minimum 1 year of management experience in leading a sales or recruitment team is preferred
Results and target-oriented proven by past work achievement
