Senior Sample Co-ordinator (Có Xe Đưa Rước)

• Organize the good record of all samples.
• Additional admin duties as required.
• Ensure all samples have necessary information on hangtags or labels such as style numbers, color codes or color names, gg, content and sample type …… etc.
• Support the Chinese supervisors and technicians for all the communication/translation work with merchandising team and workers.
• Communicate all updates to technicians and sample knitters.
• Alert merchandising team if any samples are not able to meet the schedule.
• Keep track of sample approvals and have daily update for the sample WIPs with sample ready dates.
• Responsible for giving clear information & correct materials to technicians and workers for samples making.
• Follow up with the merchandising team on product development.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn internal systems, processes and additional software/web based applications
• Candidate who can read/write/speak fluent Chinese will be an advantage.
• Candidate who has SWEATER knowledge or SWEATER field working experience will be an advantage.
• Read/Write/Speak fluent Vietnamese and English is a must.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment efficiently and multi-tasks and prioritize effectively based on business objectives
• Analytics and problem-solving skills, results driven
• Patient to give guidance and coaching to the assistant.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
• At least have 4+ years sample co-ordination or merchandising experience in garment field, candidate will less experience will be considered as sample coordinator.
• Strong aptitude to work within deadlines
• Highly organized, strong attention to detail and follow through skills
• Positive and collaborative team member with the ability to work independently
• Communicate effectively, clearly and confidently.
• Must be proactive and assume ownership of projects, ensuring all tasks are full completed
