Senior Scrum Master - salary up to $2500

We are currently looking for a Senior Scrum Master who:

As a Scrum Master, you should fully understand on Agile mindset and methodology, having ability to coach the team, guide the team to act as a self-organizing team.
We are seeking a Scrum master with excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
Will be responsible for ensuring that development teams follow Scrum framework values and Agile practices via organizing and facilitating Scrum ceremonies and events.

Responsibilities:

Tracking project processes, deliverables, and resources;
Monitoring progress and performance and helping teams to make improvements;
Using agile methodology values, principles, and practices to organizing daily stand-up meetings, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos and other Scrum-related meetings, facilitating discussion, proposing guiding and solution for decision making, and conflict resolution;
Ensuring the proper use of collaborative processes and removing impediments for the scrum team;
Planning and organizing demos and product/system testing;
Scheduling and facilitating scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes;
Working with Product owners to develop and prioritize the development roadmap; adapting project plans, schedules, and resource assignments as required to respond to emerging requirements and risks;
Preparing and presenting status reports to stakeholders.
Training, mentoring, and supporting scrum teams to follow agile values, principles, and practices;
Determining and managing tasks, issues, risks, and action items;

Qualifications and Skills:

Strong knowledge of Scrum methodology, processes, and practices;
The ability to communicate fluently in English;
Strong communication, collaboration, leadership, conflict resolution and time management skills;
At least 02 years of experience as a Scrum Master;
Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, CSP, PSM II) is an advantage;
Expertise in Atlassian based Project Management tools-JIRA;
Strong reporting skills.
The ability to lead discussions related to product/application/modules/team;
