Senior Seafreight Export Operations Executive

We are looking for Senior Seafreight Export Operations Executive with the below responsibilities:
• Work according to the Export process:
Enter all charges and profit shares.
Send pre-advice to Overseas Agent.
Have S/L issued MBL.
Close file, pass invoices and credit memos.
Rate negotiations with shipping lines and suppliers.
Send confirmed booking to customer.
Receive booking from customer.
Arrange trucker and warehouse requirements (if request).
Back up for the Seafreight Operation team as well as Airfreight team in Hanoi office in case one of them is absent from work or on leave.
Issue HBL.
Assure timely billing as per company policy.
Responsible for customer contacts, follow up contacts per telephone and visits.
Providing customer quotations.
Book with Shipping lines.
Post information on system.
Handle shipment as per SOP, HI.
Monitor and confirm Departure / Arrival of freight.
Assist in supplier and customer queries.
Contribute to development of team.
Check with Overseas Agents/ Local Sales.
Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Management.
• Work according to the import process: (Backup when import team on annual leave or sick leave)
Set up files based on pre-advice.
Monitor and confirm arrival of freight.
Post information on system.
Rate negotiations with shipping lines and suppliers.
Break down and distribute into files and calculate charges.
Call & Send A/N to consignee & record it by Fax, Email.
Close file, pass invoices and credit memos.
Issue debit note to customers, accounting departments.
Arrange trucker and warehouse requirements.
Providing customer quotations.
Receive pre-advice from Overseas Agent.
Enter all charges and profit shares.
Ensure D/O is only released again payment only.

Requirements:
• Familiar with and able to work with the company’s quality and environmental policies.
• Knows supplier conditions, deliver terms, Inco terms and purchasing conditions.
• Knowledge of service levels expected by clients – able to deliver them.
• Good communication skills.
• Intermediate English level.
• Knows risk and insurance terms.
• Able to manage own working time effectively.
• Familiar with and well able to work within the export/ import process.
• Good knowledge of computer system, both import/exports and invoicing.
• Colleague or University graduation. Priority in Foreign Trade, Maritime University.
• More than 3 years&039; experience in Freight Forwarding in Sea Export or Shipping Lines
• Knowledge of Customs tariff.

Working time: Monday - Friday, checking flexibility from 8:00 - 9:00AM
