Senior Shift Foreman - Production (Loopline)

Job Description
Responsible to manage loop manufacturing in shift, leading a current team of 20 operators

Monitors and controls the safety and the well-being of the shift
Monitors the continuity, stability and quality of the process
Effective follow-up of recurring malfunctions

Qualitatively good shift transfer and production reports

Develop of knowledge/ skills of the team by following up training activities
Responsible for order and neatness of production line
Implement other tasks that are assigned by superiors

Receive effectively shift hand over information from previous shift

Conduct 5S inspection round and check the readiness of manpower
Conduct shift meeting with key operator, advice key operator for tasks of the day
Conduct safety inspection round in assignment area in early of the shift

Review, implement, and update status of "open point list", that based on reaction plan

Qualifications
Education

Graduated from Technical College, major in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Mechatronics Engineering, etc

Work experience

Strong mindset with safety, quality, and target achievement
Have at least 2 years experience in position of shift leader in manufacturing plant, referable for who have experience in metal processing or car industry
Basic knowledge of PDCA approach, referable for candidate know about Lean manufacturing, and TPM application
Basic knowledge of how to control document and production record
