Senior Site Engineer (Site Engineer, QS, Qa.qc Engineer, Structural Coordinator, Scheduler)

KDI HOLDINGS IS LOOKING FOR SENIOR SITE ENGINEERS FOR THESE FOLLOWING POSITIONS:
(A) SITE ENGINEER
(C) QA/QC ENGINEER
(B) QS ENGINEER
(E) SCHEDULER
(D) STRUCTURAL COORDINATOR
(A) SITE ENGINEER
– Check the sub-contractors and method statement on site;
– Support Assistant Construction Manager for his all role & responsibilities;
– Prepare the corrective and preventive action are handled promptly by sub-contractor;
– Prepare solutions for problems that arise during the construction process;
– Coordination work with M&E Department and Design Department to achieve good quality of work;
– Make a coordination with all sub-contractors involved in the project on site;
– Report to Assistant Construction Manager for all issues related to construction;
– Make a coordination site workers;
– Check actural progress schedule on site;
– Any issue related to Construction department.
– Conduct for the quality of work on site;
– Check site progress to report the client and related department;
(B) QS ENGINEER
– Support Technical Procurement Manager for his all role & responsibilities
– Prepare identification and analysis of the technical & commercial requirements of the project
– Prepare and evaluate of V/O work
– Prepare and evaluate of claim work
– Report to Technical Procurement Manager all issues related to planning
– Taking out project all quantities
– Workout all contract document between main contractor and sub-contractor & supplier
– Prepare the technical & commercial bid evaluation result report
– Prepare technical & commercial bid evaluation process for sub-contractor and supplier selection
– Preparation of tender documentation for selection sub-contractor and sub-contractor
– Preparation of Letter of Awards & sub-contract agreement
– Preparation of sub-contractor’s progress payment
– Prepare of progress interim payment
– Investigate any changes in the scope of work and assessing the relevant impact on costs and schedule
– Prepare to follow-up and coordination of engineering and technical &commercial matter with other team
– Any issue related to Project Control Department
(C) QA/QC ENGINEER
- Prepare quality control checks of design, dataset and model properties before submitting their deliverables;
- Any issue related to QA/QC department.
- Coordinate with other department for QA/QC issue;
- Prepare controlling special processes and qualifying special labors;
- Prepare education and training related to quality;
- Prepare quality trend analysis and internal audit;
- Support QA/QC Manager for his all role & responsibilities;
- Prepare the quality management system through project quality plan;
- Prepare monitoring and investigating employ satisfaction;
- Prepare controlling nonconforming product and using corrective and preventive action for improvement;
- Prepare inspection activity and practicing inspection for work;
- Prepare evaluation and inspection for materials;
- Report to QA/QC Manager for all issues related to QA/QC;
(D) STRUCTURAL COORDINATOR
– Re-production of drawings for distribution
– Coordinate mechanical and electrical design department to check crash point
– Report to Structural Manager for all issues related to structural & architectural design
– Prepare structural, civil works shop drawings
– Review all shop drawings before checking by the relevant Manager
– Keeping of files and original and revised drawings to their proper location, document control
– Prepare technical advice for select appropriate construction method considering structural matter
– Prepare transmittal of shop drawings for Consultants, and sub-contractors
– Check proposed plans, specifications and details for code compliance and feasibility
– Any issue related to Design department
– Support Structural Manager for his all role & responsibilities
(E) SCHEDULER
- Suggest management of risks affecting project profit, costs, schedules and client relations - Any issue related to Project Control Department
- Set up recovery plan for any delay
- Support Project Control Manager for his all role & responsibilities
- Log all new information into database and provide scheduled reports for contract coordination and reporting purposes
- Analyze critical path and constraints to determine effect of changes to schedule and recommend work-around
- Report to Project Control Manager for all issues related to planning
- Set up master project schedule
- Check project schedule for any delay in real time
- Log project time-lines and maintain database of tasks and its status

– With a minimum of five (5) years of total experience in relevant field as Contractor
– Ability in the English language shall be Excellent for both oral and written
– With a minimum of three (3) years of total experience in international main Contractor
– A bachelor’s degree in a university or its equivalent in architectural construction/structural engineering to internationally recognized standards
