OVERALL VIEW OF THE JOB
A Senior Social Media Specialist is responsible for the ownership of project management and planning to optimize the Client’s campaign result. He/ She will be in charge of developing the social proposal based on the analysis of the Client’s post-campaigns and social data. This role also includes: managing SNS channels, following up with social outreach channels (influencers, communities, seeding, etc.), and efficiently executing campaigns to achieve targeted goals.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Social Media Planning – Focus more on Social Outreach Planning (30%)
Interact with internal and external partners to evaluate, implement, and maintain a social plan to achieve KPI
Be able to make professional proposals from social strategy to execution level
Analyze the client&039;s post-campaign results and recommend refinements
Proactively up-to-date trend/ platforms/ rising influenced stars to upgrade the knowledge and increase planning skills
Analyze social data, think creatively, and propose innovative social strategies to make sure client’s marketing campaigns reach their target audience in the most effective way within the budget
Social Media Management – Project Management (70%)
Be able to manage junior level (intern, trainee, social media specialist) as a team during running the projects
Collect required data for making proposals and reports
Good at communication with internal & external in terms of the job to get feedback and do revision quickly & effectively
Be willing to work independently in case of human resources limited
Effectively execute the campaign to achieve committed KPI within budget
Distribute and promote brand content across SNS channels consistently (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, TikTok, Zalo, Forum, etc.)
Be able to manage the existence of brand SNS profile and maintain 2-way communication between brand and consumers: response to comments, inbox, engaging activities (minigame, contests, etc.)
Be able to follow up with a variety of influencers and other social outreach channels: celeb, mega to nano influencers, hot community, hot fanpage, etc. for execution: scouting profiles, creating quotations, dealing cost, planning content & visual direction, composing content, tracking the performance of aired post, etc.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Background: Social/ Community/ Account Social department
Experience
At least 1-2 years of working experience in Advertising in the related position
Directly working with KOL, Influencers, communities, or manage booking agencies for big social outreach projects
Knowledge
Have good knowledge and proficient usage of SNS & social management tool
Have knowledge about KOL, KOC, Influencer, and community from planning to execution
Skills
Good project management skills: raising quotations, tracking timeline, reporting
Good at communication in both English & Vietnamese
Advanced MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel
Presentation & critical thinking skills
Good at problem-solving in a calm manner
Personality/ Attitude
Patient, dedicated, and passionate about social media management
Solution-oriented and client service mindset
Supportive and responsible, work independently
Trend follower and quick adaptation
