Senior Software Tester

+ Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies
+ Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions
+ Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
+ Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
+ Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements
+ Monitor debugging process results
+ Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
+ Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts
+ Review test cases and provides feedback how to improve the test-cases to members
+ Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs
+ Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open source tools
+ Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs
+ Conducting manual application tests and analyzing errors in close teamwork with the project members.
+ Perform strong test strategies
+ Mentor and lead tester team

Yêu cầu công việc

+ Experience in providing test case and test report to client is a plus
+ Good knowledge in whole project life-cycle (analysis, implementation, testing, and go-live)
+ At least 5+ years of experience in manual testing with experience on leading role
+ A university degree (BSc/MSc) or software testing certifications
+ Experience with automation testing is a plus
+ Excellent verbal and oral communication skills in English
+ Structured way of thinking, ability to work independently and accurately with high attention to details
+ ISTQB certification as a plus
+ Good communication, entrepreneurial mindset and open personality
