Senior Specialist, IT

This job holder will responsible to provide IT support in terms of Infrastructure Services to the company in order to achieve the business objectives and future growth including necessary training and maintenance services according to SCB Corporate IT policies, guidelines and procedures.

About the job
• Contact suppliers for technical support and procurement process.
• Prepare IT system, configure hardware, tasks, reports as needed.
• Co-ordinate with internal/external groups to complete required tasks/projects.
• Train and assist end-users in using IT services, devices or applications
• Provide Infrastructure Services to all Swarovski Manufacturing Vietnam users to ensure the business runs smoothly within follow-up SCB Corporate IT policies.
• Ensure all users understand and follow all IT Policies
• Interview, analyze user problems, coordinate and recommend appropriate solutions for IT-related problems.
• Being the first local contact person for IT problem shoot
• Keep Infrastructure System such as network, servers, telecommunication, CCTV, ACS and other hardware devices works in good condition as SCB Corporate IT standard
• Maintain IT inventory to secure the safeguard of IT equipment

• Minimum 05 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international manufacturing environment
• Proven experience in IT infrastructure including networks and hardware
• Education background in Information Technology or relevant majors
• Strong English proficiency and communication skills
• Team orientation, and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
• Innovative and creative approach whenever possible and can-do attitude
• Willingness and proactiveness to collaborate with users and stakeholders regarding IT-related problems or issues.
