Senior Supplier Quality Engineer

MISSION
+ Fully responsible for Supplier management.
+ Deploy the Schneider Supplier Quality Management to suppliers.
+ DPMe & DPMi target under control
+ Component receive from suppliers comply with Schneider requirement.
+ Continuous improvement at supplier site on system, process.
Responsible for:
+ Drive and maintain QMS of suppliers to meet SSQM requirements
+ Deploy quality control plan for all family products at suppliers.
+ Manage performance of suppliers.
+ Deploy robust process at supplier
Supplier Quality Management.
+ Manage QMS of supplier.
- Build audit program, Implement regular audit on QMS system.
- Review control plan, process of all products that are shipped to CVN and CVN’s customer.
- Review status of non-conformities of system.
- Monitor supplier performance.
- Regular review performance of supplier (DPMe, complaints, continuous improvement, change process...)
- Regular review the performance of product requirements on potential products.
- Deploy the Schneider Supplier Quality development
-Training/guide for supplier apply tools, programme that require by SE.
- Follow up G8D for any issues in suppliers relevant to components provided.
- Apply PPEP process at suppliers.

- Education:Industrial/ Mechanic/ Electric major university graduated
- Job Related Experience:Process Quality / Process Manufacturing, at least 5 years experience in supervisor.
- Priority for experience manage suppliers
- Business Understanding:Electronic/Molding / Process Audit/ Risk Assessment
- Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills): English – advance level
