Senior System Engineer (Ict Team)

You will be a member of the global support team, work with many different customers and partners around the world in contributing to the satisfaction of the customers.

Your responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
Drive new IT service/solution/feature development
Maintain technical documentation of network
Document input and report
Close cooperation with development team to drive the requirement towards the relevant teams
Inventory management
Provide transformation of selected legacy environments & solutions to modern cloud-based solutions
Provide operating services including supplying and provisioning request from different users on the existing IT infrastructure environment
Guarantee up time and performance for IT infrastructure which include network and system (Windows servers, devices, software)
Studies and analysis of environments based on priorities and serve as ground for further decisions and/or implementation
Actively contribute to our customer satisfaction
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues

Good knowledge about server provisioning
Having following IT-related certificates would be a plus: Microsoft products, Cisco CCNP, CCNA, Linux
Good knowledge about virtualization e.g., VMWare, KVM
Experience in setting up and maintaining network security for network devices (switch, firewall, router, gateway, wifi …)
Good analytic and problem-solving capabilities
Good management skill in leading a technical team
Ability to multi-task and can work under deadline pressure
At least 5-year relevant work experiences
Good knowledge about IP network design and operation
English communication skill
Good knowledge about administering, configuring and upgrading of Linux and Window system
University degree in Computer Science or Engineering

Nice to have:

Have experience with Cloud, Docker and Kubernetes
Experienced with scripting language such as Bash, Python
