Senior Talent Aquisition

• Build long-term relationships with past and potential candidates.
• Plan and implement company’s talent acquisition strategy.
• Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities.
• Work closely with the marketing department to develop creative ways for addressing talent acquisition challenges.
• Design and manage recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews etc).
• Recruit, direct the recruitment activities to ensure an adequate and timely supply of personnel for the departments.
• Develop and measure the success of recruitment procedures.
• Research talent acquisition trends in the staffing industry.
• Conduct sourcing activities in order to fill open positions.
• Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition.
• Good communication in English to work with foreign candidates
• Excellent communication and teambuilding skills.
• Proven ability to create, communicate, and execute the recruiting strategy to proactively build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with high expectations.
• At least 1-2 years managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process is highly preferred.
• Ability to Build strong internal customer relationships through collaboration, follow-up, and upholding commitments.
• Bachelor&039;s Degree in Human Resources Management or related field, or equivalent education and experience.
