WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR:
- Support special projects as required
- Recommends for continuous improvement and cost reduction are proposed and pursued
- Responsible for hiring strategy creation, building up and maintaining Employer Branding, Recruitment Marketing, Candidate Relationship Management
- Lead diverse group of teams made of different technical backgrounds and expertise to trouble shoot process and product related problems
- Ensure department team is staffed, motivated, engaged and empowered to deliver a high and sustainable level of performance in an ever-changing environment
- Direct and oversee for the full recruitment process including Job Analysis, Sourcing, Screening and Selection and Onboarding

- 5+ years of recruiting & EB experience in the medium-sized manufacturing organization with full level of vacancy with 3+ years of managing TA Team
- Knowledgeable about Recruitment Metrics (Measurements)
- Knowledgeable about building and implementing EB initiatives
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Law, etc, preferably in HRM
- Good English for Communication
