Senior Trade Event Executive

Reporting to the national Brand Manager and the Area Manager South Asia. The mission will be:
• Conduct staff training with partner’s sales team, promotion team and on-premise accounts
• Implicitly understand consumers, get to know where they are and how to connect with them
• Support local partner requests and questions to ensure brand execution is managed properly
• Identify, build relationship and achieve listing and execution with all the top on-premise accounts
• Constantly monitor and asses the competitors’ brands in the defined territory and report back to management
• Ensure delivery of commercial objectives and continuously track progress vs objectives
• Run commercial and promotional activities
• Identify, list and partner with top events, music festivals and bands and ensure execution meets brand standards 4
• Understands perfectly the ‘German Standard’ of on-premise executional excellence and delivers it in trade

• High sense of creativity
• Previous sales experience in the spirit, beverage or tobacco industry preferred
• Disciplined, details oriented and result driven
• Due to nature of work, he/she will be required to go out every night.
• Being an opinion leader with an outgoing personality and good ability to network
• Being connected to what’s happening, identifies and recommends local events and activities
• Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills
• Ideal start date should be within June.
