•Route management: Route set up/deactivate/checking
•Manage team's performance

- Degree: Bachelor in International Trade or similar majors
- Experience: At least 3 years working experience with same position in the logistics, shipping field in the multinational companies. Understanding the logistics/shipping industry
- Ability to communicate effectively – both verbal and non-verbal
- People Management, holding team’s accountability
- Interpersonal skill, time management skill, proactive, independent, positive toward change, Attention to detail
- Fluency in English
- Good computer skill & MS Office
