Senior Trainer (Fashion & Sports)

Trainer(s) will make sure our teams develop their sales skills/soft skills and product knowledge, provide excellent customer service and represent brand in the best possible way.

SCOPE OF WORK

Determine training needs in term of soft skills (sales, negotiation, leadership…) and product knowledge both for store managers and team

Design and execute training/orientation programs for store teams

Conduct onboarding training sessions for new hires

Coordinate, design and organize training sessions for products/brand for every new product lines

Design test / program to follow up post training and re-train if needed

Advise salespeople how to upsell products and services

Act as a consultant to store staff for challenges they have on the job

Maintain updated records of training curriculum and material

Other tasks assigned

Work experience as a Retail Trainer, Sales Trainer or similar role

Master various sales training techniques (e.g. game, case studies, and role playing and group activities)

Excellent presentation and communication skills

Keen on learning new knowledge and skills

Ability to motivate and excite employees

Availability to travel and visit our stores, as needed
